My Story so far . . .

I was born in 1961 to a Jamaican Artist Mother and an English Diplomat Father, who had an enduring love for each other.

I travelled widely, living in 5 countries by the time I was 10 years old and not surprisingly, I developed a strong fascination with people and their stories.

My life has not been without its challenges, but it has been a great teacher and each 'test' has only served to make me stronger and wiser.

The pivotal change for me was when my beloved Mother died in 1984 when I was twenty-three years old, after a long 7-year battle with cancer.

There began my search for healing and a meaning to my life.

I embarked on numerous workshops, trainings and retreats whilst working at my 'day job' as an Account Director in a leading London Advertising Agency. In 1993, I started a 5-year Post-Grad training in Transpersonal Psychotherapy.

In 1998, I shaved my head and travelled solo to India for 10 months after-which I became a full-time psychotherapist and mother of two.

Over the years, my work has afforded me the privilege of hearing thousands of individual people's stories and of accompanying them on their journeys to find their own healing and new perspectives on their lives.
