Session Rates
Sessions are predominantly offered online via zoom (Skype and Facetime are also options).
Most clients prefer this way of working, as they can be in the comfort of their own homes and have no travel worries or additional expenses.
This also means that distance is not a problem and accordingly, I have had clients around the world.
Online work is just as effective as in-person work, but I do understand that for a variety of reasons, this may not be an option for everyone.
Should you not be able to work online due to issues around privacy, or if you really would prefer in-person sessions then I have access to a lovely counselling room in Sevenoaks, Kent.

for Students in Higher Education: £60 / hour

Higher Education, living away from home, juggling course-work, part-time jobs and making friends can really take its toll on students' mental health.
Stress, isolation, anxiety and depression together with being subject to incidences happening outside of their studies can mean that they may need additional support.
